Our Structure

Grass Boots is a non-profit soccer club. All donations and fees go to fixing and impoving the facilities, providing kit to those who cant afford it and paying for ever-increasing petrol costs to transport kids to their matches and practices. Coaches all work on a volunteer basis and administrators work for the love of youth develpment. We all have full-time jobs so that we can use funds raised to make a difference in our spare time.

A Board of Trustees was established to ensure that all decisions made for the club can be weighed up and discussed by a diverse and passionate group of individuals.

Parents and members are also involved in decision making as the clubs ethos revolves around the idea that this club belongs to the community and not to any individual.
